APSIS , Malmø, Sweden, is looking for a Technical Customer Support. Start as soon as possible. Fulltime, permanent, 40 hours pr. week Monday - Friday. Your role: You will be answering questions and providing information to our clients about how to use the APSIS Pro software. You will be working with a wide and varied customer base and your goal is to provide extraordinary service to them. You should also know that: • Apart from new requests, you will conduct follow-ups on open cases to make sure clients are happy. • Our work is organized with the help of state-of-the-art ticket system Freshdesk, an intuitive and powerful piece of software that we internally modify to our demands. You think it is exciting to learn about new software. Over time you will be expected to take ownership of your area of work and become a trusted advisor to clients about our system’s email marketing functionalities. Other necessary skills: • Fluency in both Danish and Swedish (you will communicate with clients over phone and mail) • Fast learner and willingness to learn new skills • Interest in learning about IT, new software or marketing tools • Previous experience from a Customer Service or Technical Helpdesk role is a plus • Other language is a plus Place of work and relocation: This job is in Malmö, a friendly multicultural city and the urban hub of southern Sweden.
